Official Shipping & Dispatch Terms
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.
1. Delivery Liability & Courier Norms
Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. As transit and courier delivery timings are operated by external logistics carriers, unexpected delays due to weather, regional checkpoints, or postal operations remain outside our direct control.
2. Delivery Address Accuracy
Delivery of all orders will be made strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Customers are advised to review complete street names, landmark details, and postal PIN codes carefully prior to completing checkout.
3. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
Delivery of our services and shipment confirmation will be notified to your email ID as specified at the time of user registration or checkout submission.
4. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is strictly non-refundable under all standard circumstances.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) service is strictly available for domestic shipments within India only.
- For international orders, 100% advance payment is required prior to dispatch.
- Any international customs duties or local import taxes levied at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
